I believe that everyone should receive the opportunity to live their life to the fullest. That is the main reason I joined Future Focus Support Coordination as a Support Coordinator. It gives me the opportunity to support people with disabilities to be independent and achieve their goals. Seeing our participants achieve their goals and living their life to the fullest, is the most rewarding part of being a Support Coordinator.

I have a master’s degree in Social Work and gained work experience and knowledge about NDIS processes during my studies. As a Social Worker, I have many transferable skills that I can bring into the role to support my participants.

I pride myself as a good listener that understands the individual support needs of participants. Every participant has their own story to share.

I’m currently supporting participants in the Melbourne East region and can speak Sinhalese as an additional language.
