Future Focus provides access to personalised support coordination in Perth, with a team of experienced NDIS Support Coordinators from a range of sectors.

    The team adopts a hybrid working model, meaning we work from anywhere. 


    We can meet you at your home or in the community at a local library, your favourite cafe, a park where enjoy visiting, etc.

    All members within the team is qualified to deliver specialist support coordination service. They hold at lease one of the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy

    • Diploma of Community Services Work
    • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
    • Diploma of Education (Special Needs - Secondary)
    • Certificate IV in Children's Service
