Future Focus provides access to personalised support coordination in Bayside Peninsula regions including a team of experienced NDIS Support Coordinators in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, from a range of sectors. 


  • Where to find us?

    The team adopts a hybrid working model, meaning we work from anywhere. 


    We can meet you at your home or in the community at a local library, your favourite cafe, a park where enjoy visiting, etc. 


    You can also find us in one of the following offices (by appointment only):

  • What professional experiences and qualification do we have?

    Our team members have experiences in various professions or sectors, including but not limited to:

    • Case manager (Domestic Violence & Substance abuse)
    • Community mental health practitioner
    • Disability support work
    • Medical receptionist
    • Nursing - aged care and mental health
    • Social worker

    All members within the team is qualified to deliver specialist support coordination service. They hold at lease one of the following qualifications:

    • Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced
    • Bachelor of Psychology
    • Bachelor of Social Work
    • Diploma of Community Services
    • Diploma of Community Welfare
    • Diploma of Nursing  (Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse)
  • What additional languages do we speak ?

    The team consists of members from different cultural and language background. Apart from English, we also speak:

    • Sinhalese

    The team has 6 support coordinators in total, with a male:female ratio of 1:5. All of us is trained and qualified to deliver both Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination and Level 2 Coordination of Support.
