Future Focus provides access to personalised support coordination in South-East regions of Victoria including a team of experienced NDIS Support Coordinators in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, from a range of sectors.

    The team adopts a hybrid working model, meaning we work from anywhere. 


    We can meet you at your home or in the community at a local library, your favourite cafe, a park where enjoy visiting, etc.

  • A bit more about the team

    The South-Eastern team is made up of members from two regions. Altogether, there are 15 staff in the team. All of us is trained and qualified to deliver both Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination and Level 2 Coordination of Support.
