Tracey Ginnane - Executive Director

I have worked in the Aged and Disability field since 2012 and joined the disability sector as a Support Coordinator in July 2020 after successfully completing a Diploma in Community Services - Disability & Case Management. From that time, I was promoted to Team Leader of regional Victoria, then Victorian State Manager, and I am now Executive Director of Future Focus Support Coordination.

I also have many years of experience in the Finance and Customer Service sectors and hold a Diploma in Accounting along with a Cert IV in Frontline Management.

In 1993 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis so I have 30 years of lived experience with a disability which has put me in good stead to not only support people with a disability but to also understand and relate to the challenges PWD face in their everyday life and the desire to live a fulfilling life free of prejudice and discrimination. I know firsthand that my disability does not define me or others facing similar challenges.
