As a person from a different cultural background, I believe in creating a positive and supportive environment, in which diversity is celebrated. I value the individuality and different needs of each participant and find solutions to fulfill their life goals while supporting them on their journey to independence.

I’m professionally qualified in Education and Early Development, which enables me to easily identify and understand possible barriers for young participants and guardians in their daily life. Finding an individually catered solution and getting everyone connected with the community is what I am for.

Joining Future Focus Support Coordination has given me the opportunity to support people with their life goals and fulfill their dreams. I’m passionate about observing participants reach their full potential.
