I understand how complex and challenging everyday life can be!

I now combine my lived experience and qualifications in Mental Health, Community Services and Human Resources to help and support others. I have over 10 years’ experience of clinical support roles, professional case management and support coordination.

I have completed further studies in areas of specific interest such as Family Violence Training, Reunification of Families, Suicide Prevention, Bereavement Counselling, Boarderline Personality Disorder, Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Post Natal Depression.

It is my passion which I combine with ever expanding knowledge of the complex interaction of biomedical, psychological and social factors that often keep us feeling stuck and not in control of our own lives.

Future Focus Support Coordination aligns with my personal and professional values. Taking a personal centred approach and understanding there is not a one fits all box for our participants. I’m extremely motivated by my participants that I have the opportunity to support. Hearing their stories, providing hope and support and helping to build their capacity to live as independently as possible with dignity and respect. The tangible outcomes speak for themselves!
