I am passionate about supporting individuals to improve their wellbeing and achieving their goals through a supported decision-making process.

My background in psychology and counselling has helped me understand the impacts of mental health conditions on one’s daily life and equipped me with skills to communicate and collaborate with individuals effectively. It has also allowed me to provide prompt and appropriate responses to mental health-related issues, risks and crisis.

Since working in Future Focus Support Coordination, I have assisted participants with housing, legal and health- related issues, and built networks with major service providers across the Eastern suburbs.

Additionally, I have been able to help using my language (Mandarin and Cantonese) and cultural skills to ensure the seamless experience of support coordination of my participants. I chose to work at FFSC because of its diversity – it consists of people from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds. I have enjoyed being surrounded by my non-

judgemental, supportive and knowledgeable colleagues and love being part of the FFSC family!
