Malena Napolitano

Specialist Support Coordinator  - Melbourne West

After spending 12 years working in Healthcare and Disability Services as a Patient Liaison, Recovery Coach, and Support Worker, I found my passion in Support Coordination. I acknowledge the NDIS can be difficult to navigate at times, but I am determined to make it as approachable as it can be. I have always loved to get to know people’s own stories, motivations, and struggles. Every journey is unique, and I believe it is important to actively listen to each person to deliver a tailored approach. It is my drive to ensure participants are supported to make informed decisions and ultimately make the best out of their NDIS plans. I am a proud go-getter who will go the extra mile to support you in achieving your goals.

I have completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and hold an Associate Membership with the Australian Psychological Society. First Aid Certificate and Suicide Awareness course. I have a special interest in Mental Health and Multiculturalism.
