I believe being a Support Coordinator is an absolute privilege and one that I give my all. I find it incredibly rewarding to be able to support a person to become independent, confident, and skilled in not only managing their NDIS plans but also their lives. 

At FFSC, I draw from my previous experience in Support Coordination, as well as my experience in direct disability support, to find unique and personalized ways to best support the needs of the people that I work with in a warm, inclusive, and accepting manner. 

As a person living with a disability, I can truly appreciate the everyday impact that this can have on an individual, their families, and their connections within the community. I understand the true value of being able to openly listen and appreciate a person’s experiences throughout their lives.
