I believe in people - in each person’s uniqueness and in what they offer. The essence of success in my role is building open and honest relationships to respectfully and co-operatively resolve obstacles. I help participants look at their achievements, strengths and potential.

Having worked in disability, community services, education and health for over 30 years I know how all these sectors work; how they interact and the people to help us to get things to happen particularly across great metropolitan Melbourne.

I have known NDIS even in its infancy, and have worked to help providers and participants adapt to changes in support coordination over the last several years. I know the history of NDIS; all its current processes and the directions it is taking as well as helping shape its future.

I am delighted to have joined the cutting-edge Support Coordination team at Future Focus Support Coordination; to share the skills and wisdom of the team as we strive to meet your needs, work with you and support you.
