I have spent the majority of my working life building relationships with people and understanding their needs, having worked in a number of fields in human and customer services. I am very passionate about assisting people to reach their potential and empowering them to live a more independent life on their own terms.

I have completed tertiary and postgraduate studies in psychology and have both lived and work experience in mental health and disability, giving me the necessary skills and understanding to assist those who are also living with the complexities of mental health or disability.
